Delivery
For Items Excluding Paint
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped using Royal Mail. You can also select special delivery if you need your order sooner. Heavier items or large orders will be sent by FedEx next day delivery at no extra cost. Free delivery over £50
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you and either send the item to you when in stock or you can cancel the order.
For Paint
Most paint will be dispatched direct from Earthborn using City Link. Most orders take 1-2 working days. Special care is taken to protect the paint but damages can happen. If for any reason your order is damaged in transit please let us know as soon as possible and we will send out a replacement. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
For all items excluding paint we are happy to exchange or refund your order if you are unhappy with your purchase. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of the paint - to ensure you are happy with the colour it is advised to try a tester first.
